冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心肌梗死伴发心力衰竭临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心肌梗死伴发心力衰竭临床疗效.方法 选取2018年1月—2019年12月入院就诊的急性心肌梗死伴发心力衰竭患者92例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各46例进行回顾性分析.对照组入院后实施临床常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合治疗.5 d后观察两组患者临床疗效及心功能改善情况.结果 观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为89.1%,高于对照组临床治疗总有效率73.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者各项心功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组心功能指标均有显著改善,且观察组各项心功能指标改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冻干重组人脑利钠肽能够有效改善心功能,提升左室射血分数,减轻临床症状,具有显著疗效.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,92 cases of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure were selected and divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine clinical treatment after admission,and the observation group was treated with combination of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of routine treatment in the control group.After 5 days,the clinical effect and the improvement of cardiac function were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.1%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.9%).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups had significant improvement in cardiac function,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide can effectively improve cardiac function,increase left ventricular ejection fraction,and relieve clinical symptoms,with significant effect.
