摘　　要：目的 探讨无针胰岛素注射器在1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者中的临床应用价值.方法 选取常熟市中医院内分泌科收住的1型糖尿病病人60例,随机分为无针注射器组(观察组)与胰岛素注射笔组(对照组).观察组采用无针胰岛素注射器注射胰岛素,对照组采用传统胰岛素笔注射胰岛素.比较两组血糖达标率、糖化血清蛋白、舒适感、满意度、治疗依从性及卫生经济学等指标.结果 两组在血糖和糖化血清蛋白控制方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组注射满意度、舒适感、治疗依从性及卫生经济学方面均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 无针胰岛素注射不仅控糖满意,又能明显减少患者对针刺的恐惧,减轻注射痛苦,舒适感更好,局部皮肤不良反应少,患者依从性更高,并且减少住院天数和住院费用,是糖尿病患者胰岛素注射的更好选择.Objective To investigate the compliance and flexibility of needle-free insulin injection in patients with type 1 diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with type 1 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into needlefree injection group(observation group)and insulin injection pen group(control group).The control group used conventional insulin pens to inject insulin at meals,and the observation group used insulin-free syringes to inject insulin to compare the two groups'blood glucose standard rate,glycosylated serum protein,comfort,satisfaction,health economics and treatment compliance.Results The two groups had statistical differences in blood sugar and glycosylated serum protein control(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group in terms of injection satisfaction,comfort,treatment compliance and health economics(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle-free insulin injection is not only satisfactory for sugar control,but also can significantly reduce the patient,s fear of acupuncture,relieve injection pain,better comfort,less local skin adverse reactions,higher patient compliance,and reduce hospitalization days and hospital costs.It's a better choice for insulin injections for diabetic patients.
