益肾逐瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 分析益肾逐瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效.方法 选取2019年8月—2020年1月收治的70例慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为两组.对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加入益肾逐瘀汤.观察两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后前列腺液中白细胞计数的比较差异.结果 观察组与对照组的治疗有效率为94.3%(33/35)和82.9%(29/35),观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=5.236,P=0.042);观察组与对照组治疗前的前列腺液中白细胞计数为(18.4±4.5)个/HP和(18.6±4.2)个/HP,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.114,P=0.102);观察组与对照组治疗后的前列腺液中白细胞计数为(9.2±1.4)个/HP和(12.6±4.2)个/HP,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.415,P=0.044).结论 益肾逐瘀汤在慢性前列腺炎患者临床治疗中具有较好的应用效果,有助于改善患者的炎症反应,从而缓解患者的临床症状,值得推广使用.Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yishenzhuyu Decoction on chronic prostatitis.Methods 70 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to hospital from August 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yishenzhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed and the difference of WBC count in prostatic fluid before and after treatment was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 94.3%(33/35)and 82.9%(29/35),the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(x^2=5.236,P=0.042).The WBC counts in the prostatic fluid of the observation group and the control group before treatment were(18.4±4.5)and(18.6±4.2)/HP.There was no significant difference in WBC counts between the two groups before treatment(t=1.114,P=0.102).The WBS counts in the prostatic fluid of the observation group and the control group after treatment were(9.2±1.4)and(12.6±4.2)/HP,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=5.415,P=0.044).Conclusion Yishenzhuyu decoction has a good application effect in the clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis patients,which is helpful to improve the inflammatory response of patients,thereby relieving the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
