摘　　要：目的调查马鞍山市老年人认知功能状况,分析其影响因素,为改善老年人认知功能提供理论依据。方法2017年1—12月,采用简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)以及自制的影响因素调查表,对3476名马鞍山市老年人进行问卷调查。结果3476名老年人中有认知功能障碍的372人(10.7%)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、自评健康状况差、日常生活能力受损、患有糖尿病和患有心脏病是认知功能障碍的危险因素。文化程度高、月收入高、参加体育锻炼以及较高的客观支持得分均是认知功能障碍的保护因素(均P<0.05)。结论老年人认知功能受多种因素的影响,应有针对性地采取多种措施来改善认知功能。Objective To investigate the status of cognitive function among elderly people in Ma’anshan City,analyze the influencing factors,and provide theoretical basis for improving the cognitive function of elderly people.Methods Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and self-developed questionnaire of influencing factors were administered on 3476 elderly people in Ma’anshan City from January to December 2017.Results Totally 372(10.7%)of 3476 elderly people had cognitive impairment.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age,poor self-rated health status,impaired activity of daily living,diabetes and heart disease were the risk factors for cognitive impairment,while higher educational level,higher monthly income,taking part in physical exercise,and higher subjective support score were protective factors for cognitive impairment.Conclusion The cognitive function of elderly people is affected by multiple factors,and it is necessary to take various measures to improve cognitive function.
