摘　　要：目的探讨女医学生领悟社会支持对述情障碍的影响,为改善其心理健康水平提供依据。方法2019年8—12月,采用方便抽样的方法,选取济南市某高等本科医学院校的在校女医学生633人,选用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)进行问卷调查。结果女医学生述情障碍总分为49.11±9.43,领悟社会支持总分为66.72±11.15。单因素分析结果显示,女医学生述情障碍得分在是否独生子女、家庭经济、锻炼身体状况、家庭结构、生活压力、家庭教育方式、与家人亲密度上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相关分析显示,领悟社会支持与述情障碍之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.437,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,领悟社会支持中的家人支持与其他支持可以负向预测其述情障碍水平(β=-0.247、-0.671,均P<0.05)。结论女医学生述情障碍受领悟社会支持的影响,提高领悟社会支持的水平能降低女医学生的述情障碍程度,从而促进个体的身心健康发展。Objective To explore the influence of perceived social support on alexithymia among female medical students,provide the basis for improving their mental health.Methods From August to December 2019,633 female medical students were selected in a medical college of Jinan City by using convenient sampling method,and were assessed with the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and the Chinese version of the twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20).Results The score of alexithymia in female medical students was 49.11±9.43 and the score of perceived social support was 66.72±11.15.One-way ANOVA showed that there were statistically significant differences in the score of alexithymia among different groups in only-child or not,family economy,physical fitness,family structure,life pressure,family education way,family intimacy(all P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between perceived social support and alexithymia(r=-0.437,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that family support and other support in perceived social support could negatively predict alexithymia(β=-0.247,-0.671,both P<0.05).Conclusion The alexithymia of female medical students is affected by perceived social support.Improving the level of perceived social support can reduce the alexithymia of female medical students and promote their physical and mental health development.
