摘 要:目的探讨重症颌面部多间隙感染患者病原菌分布及耐药性监测,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法重症颌面部多间隙感染患者74例。采集患者脓液标本于培养液中进行培养,接种于血平板上在需氧及厌氧培养箱,并进行药敏试验。结果 74例重症颌面部多间隙感染患者共分离出病原菌117株;肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南较敏感,草绿色链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素敏感度较高。结论重症颌面部多间隙感染以厌氧菌和需氧菌混合感染为主,多数致病菌呈多重耐药,经验用药更应该结合药敏试验进行使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in patients with severe oral and maxillofacial space infections.METHODS A total of 74 patients with severe oral and maxillofacial space infection were included in this study.The pus samples of the patients were collected and cultured in the culture medium and inoculated on the blood plate in the aerobic and anaerobic incubator,and the drug sensitivity test was carried out.RESULTS A total of 117 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 74 patients with severe oral and maxillofacial space infections.Of which,58.11% were aerobic-anaerobic mixed bacteria.Anaerobic bacteria are sensitive to nitromiconazole antibiotic.Klebsiellapneumoniae and Escherichia coli were susceptible to sulbactam and cefoperazone and imipenem.Viridans Streptococci andStaphylococcus aureus were susceptible to vancomycin.CONCLUSION The aerobic-anaerobic mixed bacterial infection is the most common in patients with severe oral and maxillofacial space infection.Most pathogenic bacteria are resistant to many antibiotics.It is necessary to take effective measures based on the result of drug sensitivity testing.
