摘 要:以巯基丙酸和1,6己二醇为原料,通过酯化反应合成了固化剂1,6-己二醇二巯基丙酸酯(HDP)。采用红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪对反应产物进行表征,并用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了HDP/E-54体系的固化反应。结果表明:DSC法能够得到固化体系的固化动力学参数,外推法确定其最佳固化温度为99.2℃。Kissinger方法和Ozawa方法计算出反应体系的活化能的平均值为45.4kJ/mol。Crane方法求得反应级数为0.86。The mercaptopropionic acid and 1,6-hexanediol are used as the raw materials,then the curing agent 1,6-hexanediol dimercaptopropionate(HDP)is synthesized by the esterification.The reaction products are characterized by the infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance instrument,and the curing reaction of HDP/E-54 system is studied through the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the DSC method can obtain the curing kinetic parameters of the curing system,and the best curing temperature is confirmed as 99.2℃ by the extrapolation.The Kissinger method and Ozawa method calculates the average activation energy of the reaction system which is 45.4kJ/mol.The Crane method finds that the reaction order is 0.86.
