摘  要:利用·OH替代无机强酸,一步绿色、简便地合成了铜改性的SBA-15介孔氧化硅。通过XRD,SEM,TEM与紫外可见分光光度计等表征手段对所得铜改性的SBA-15进行了系统表征。研究了Cu(Ac)2添加量对所得介孔氧化硅的相组成、微观结构、比表面积以及催化活性的影响。结果表明:随着Cu(Ac)2加入量的增加,所得介孔氧化硅呈现出纤维状结构,其活性组分CuO负载量逐渐增加,比表面积从886cm^2/g减小至800cm^2/g,催化活性逐渐提高;当Cu(Ac)2加入量达到0.1mol%时,所得催化剂对有机染料甲基橙(MO)展现出较好的催化活性,30min后对MO的降解率可达100%。Through using·OH instead of inorganic strong acid,the Cu-modified SBA-15 mesoporous silica is synthesized by a green and simple one-step method.The Cu modified SBA-15 is characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and UV-vis spectrophotometer.The effects of Cu(Ac)2 dosage on the phase composition,microstructure,specific surface area and catalytic activity of mesoporous silica are studied.The results show that the mesoporous silica presents a fibrous structure,and the load of the active component CuO increases gradually with the increase of the amount of Cu(Ac)2.The specific surface area decreases from 886cm^2/g to 800cm^2/g,and the catalytic activity increases gradually.When the addition of Cu(Ac)2 reaches 0.1 mol%,the obtained catalyst shows a better catalytic activity for the organic dye methyl orange(MO),and the degradation rate of MO can reach 100% after 30min.
