摘 要:针对ABS和PC塑料在浮选分离过程中受到起泡剂和润湿剂浓度的影响,导致浮选分离效果变差的问题,以提高ABS和PC塑料的浮选分离效果为目的,进行了表面活性剂处理浮选分离ABS和PC塑料的研究。通过调节表面活性剂的浓度、浮选分离时间和起泡剂的浓度等因素,确定了表面活性剂的浓度为60mg/L、浮选分离时间为40min且起泡剂浓度为10mg/L时,ABS和PC塑料的浮选分离效果是最好的,ABS塑料的浮选分离纯度和浮选分离回收率都接近了100%,而PC塑料的浮选分离纯度达到了72.34%。实验结果表明,采用表面活性剂处理方法对ABS和PC塑料进行浮选分离,有利于ABS和PC塑料的回收和利用。In order to improve the flotation separation effect of ABS and PC plastics which is badly influenced by the concentration of foaming agent and wetting agent,the surfactant treatment is proposed to separate ABS and PC plastics.By adjusting the concentration of surfactant,flotation separation time and foaming concentration,it is determined that when the concentration of surfactant is 60mg/L,the flotation separation time is 40min and the concentration of foaming agent is 10mg/L,the flotation separation effect of ABS and PC plastics is the best.The flotation separation purity and recovery rate of ABS plastics are close to 100%,while the flotation separation purity of PC plastics is 72.34%.The experimental results show that the flotation separation of ABS and PC plastics by surfactant treatment is beneficial to the recovery and utilization of ABS and PC plastics.
