沉淀白炭黑理化指标对脱醋酸型硅橡胶性能的影响

摘　　要：优选α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(下称107胶)为基胶,以白炭黑为填料调节补强效果,最后搭配适量的交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂等功能助剂,制备出一种力学性能优异、贮存稳定的脱酸型硅橡胶。试验中逐一研究了沉淀法白炭黑的比表面积值、添加量以及含水量等理化指标对脱酸型硅橡胶整体性能的影响。研究表明,沉淀白炭黑填料的比表面积性能达到200 m^2/g,才能避免密封胶胶条应力发白的风险,而且该理化指标白炭黑添加量可达到9%工艺量,显著提升硅橡胶的补强性能;同时发现沉淀白炭黑的含水率直接影响到硅橡胶的贮存稳定性,生产前经过长时间高温烘烤将白炭黑含水率降至0.5%以下,才能达到延长硅橡胶贮存期限的效果。By using α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(hereinafter referred to as 107 gum)as the base glue,the silica as filler to adjust the reinforcing effect,and the cross-linking agent,coupling agent,catalyst and other functions auxiliary agent with appropriate amounts,a deacidified sili-cone rubber with excellent mechanical properties and storage stability is prepared.In the experiment,the effects of physical and chemical indexes such as specific surface area value,addition amount and water content of the precipitated silica on the overall performance of deacidified silicone rub-ber are studied one by one.The research shows that the specific surface area of the precipitated silica filler need to be 200m^2/g to avoid the risk of stress whitening of the sealant tape,and the addition amount of silica of this physical and chemical index can be 9% of the technological quantity,which can significantly improve the reinforcing performance of silicone rubber.It is also found that the water content of the precipitated silica directly affects the storage stability of the silicone rubber.The storage stability of the silicone rubber can be extended by reducing the water content of silica less than 0.5% by baking at high temperature before the production.
