蜂房在乳癌术后方中应用的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的通过测定蜂房单药及乳癌术后方中的雌激素含量判断患者使用含蜂房的乳癌术后方的可行性。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)检测对照品雌二醇、炔雌醇、雌酮、己烯雌酚4种雌激素的色谱图,同法检测供试品蜂房及乳癌术后方的色谱图。比较对照品和供试品色谱图后观察有无4种激素对应的峰。结果对照品雌二醇、炔雌醇、雌酮、己烯雌酚的出峰时间分别为8.828、10.913、12.140、14.196 min,供试品蜂房单药及乳癌术后方水煎剂中均未检测到与对照品4种雌激素对应的色谱峰。结论蜂房单药及乳癌术后方均不含有雌激素。乳腺癌术后方在煎药过程中并未产生雌激素样物质。激素受体阳性型乳腺癌使用含蜂房的乳癌术后方是可行的。Objective To determine the feasibility of patients using a honeycomb-containing breast cancer surgery prescription by measuring the estrogen content in the honeycomb single drug and the breast cancer surgery prescription.Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC method)was used to detect the chromatograms of the four estrogens,estradiol,ethinyl estradiol,estrone,and diethylstilbestrol.The same method was used to detect the chromatograms of the test samples Honeycomb and Breast Cancer Recipe.After comparing the chromatograms of the reference substance and the test substance,observe whether there are peaks corresponding to the four hormones.Results The peak times of the reference substances estradiol,ethinyl estradiol,estrone,and diethylstilbestrol were 8.828 min,10.913 min,12.140 min,and 14.196 min,respectively.None of the test samples were decoctions of honeybee single drug or breast cancer postoperative decoction.The chromatographic peaks corresponding to the four estrogens of the reference substance were detected.Conclusion Honeycomb single drug and breast cancer surgery prescription do not contain estrogen.The breast cancer postoperative prescription did not produce estrogen-like substances during the decoction.Hormone receptor-positive breast cancer is feasible to use the postoperative prescription of breast cancer with honeycomb.
