双切口双钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究复杂胫骨平台骨折采用双切口双钢板内固定术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年8月收治的65例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组手术方式为膝前正中直切口双钢板固定术,观察组手术方式为膝内外侧双切口双钢板内固定术,比较两组手术指标、治疗效果、骨折恢复情况。结果观察组治疗优良率为87.88%,高于对照组(χ2=4.532,P<0.05);观察组术中出血量为(220.12±8.58)mL,少于对照组,手术时间为(40.02±1.28)min,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.768、16.357,P<0.05);观察组患肢负重时间、骨折愈合时间分别为(4.22±0.08)、(10.02±0.28)周,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=80.479、12.607,P<0.05)。结论复杂胫骨平台骨折采用膝内外侧双切口双钢板内固定术治疗的疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of double-incision and double-plate internal fixation for complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods 65 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The operation method of the control group was anterior median straight incision double plate fixation.The operation method of the observation group was internal and lateral knee internal fixation with double incisions and double steel plates.The operation indicators,treatment effects,and fracture recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.88%,which was higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.523,P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was(220.12±8.58)mL,which was less than the control group,and the operation time was(40.02±1.28)min,shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.768,16.357,P<0.05);the weight bearing time and fracture healing time of the observation group were(4.22±0.08)weeks and(10.02±0.28)weeks,which were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=80.479,12.607,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures with internal and lateral knee internal fixation with double incisions and double plates is effective.
