摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗肩胛骨骨折的早期临床疗效。方法回顾分析2012年7月—2018年6月间手术治疗的60例肩胛骨骨折患者的临床资料。观察该组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症等情况,通过对患者进行随访,记录骨折愈合时间、Constant-Murley评分。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间3~34个月,平均(13.64±2.76)个月。术后复查X线片显示复位满意。根据Constant-Murley评分60例患者62~100分,平均(85.4±4.6)分,手术效果良好,无切口感染及骨不连等并发症发生,无切口感染及骨不连等并发症发生。结论对肩胛骨骨折的患者,应进行全面的X线片及CT检查,需要熟悉解剖结构、手术入路,掌握合适的手术适应证,结合骨科ERAS理念早期功能锻炼,可取得满意疗效。Objective To investigate the early clinical effect of surgical treatment of scapula fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 patients with scapula fractures who were surgically treated from July 2012 to June 2018.Observed this group patients of the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complications,etc.Recorded the fracture healing time and Constant-Murley score by following up the patients.Results All patients were followed up for 3 to 34 months,with an average of(13.64±2.76)months.Postoperative X-ray examination showed satisfactory reduction.According to the Constant-Murley score,60 patients scored 62-100 points,with an average of(85.4±4.6)points.The surgical effect was good.Conclusion For patients with scapula fractures,comprehensive X-ray and CT examinations should be performed.It is necessary to be familiar with the anatomical structure,surgical approach,grasp the appropriate surgical indications,and combine the orthopedic ERAS concept with early functional exercise to achieve satisfactory results.
