正容汤加减与针刺联合治疗麻痹性斜视的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价正容汤加减与针刺联合治疗麻痹性斜视的效果。方法对该院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的麻痹性斜视患者进行筛选,从中选择118例患者作为该次研究的对象,系统随机对患者进行编号,奇数为研究组,偶数为对照组,每组59例。两组患者均采用正容汤加减治疗,在此基础上,研究组采用针刺联合治疗。观察与比较两组患者眼球运动恢复正常时间、代偿头位消失时间、复视完全消失时间、生活质量评分、同视机评分、治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,研究组患者眼球运动恢复正常时间(8.42±0.96)d、代偿头位消失时间(8.19±1.04)d、复视完全消失时间(10.36±2.08)d短于对照组的(12.57±1.23)d、(12.02±1.11)d、(16.29±2.13)d,生活质量评分(89.62±2.86)分高于对照组(77.39±2.71)分,同视机评分(8.25±0.31)分低于对照组(12.36±0.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.921、3.869、4.005、3.768、3.801,P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率96.61%明显高于对照组81.36%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.002,P<0.05)。结论对麻痹性斜视患者采用正容汤加减与针刺联合治疗有利于患者眼球运动恢复,能够提高患者生活质量,疗效更为确切。Objective To evaluate the effect of Zhengrong Decoction combined with acupuncture on paralytic strabismus.Methods The patients with paralytic strabismus admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were screened.118 patients were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly numbered,the odd numbers were the study group and the even numbers were the control group,59 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with Zhengrong Decoction.On this basis,the research group used acupuncture combined treatment.Observe and compare the time to normal eye movement,the time to compensate for the disappearance of the head position,the time to complete the disappearance of diplopia,the quality of life score,the synoptic score,and the total effective rate of treatment.Results After treatment,the time for patients in the study group to return to normal eye movements(8.42±0.96)d,the time to compensate for the disappearance of head position(8.19±1.04)d,and the time to complete diplopia(10.36±2.08)d were shorter than those in the control group(12.57±2.08)d,shorter than the control group(12.57±1.23)d,(12.02±1.11)d,(16.29±2.13)d,the quality of life score(89.62±2.86)points was higher than the control group(77.39±2.71)points,the synoptic machine score(8.25±0.31)points was lower than the control group(12.36±0.37)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.921,3.869,4.005,3.768,3.801,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.61%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,81.36%,which was statistically significant(χ2=7.002,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Zhengrong Decoction and acupuncture for patients with paralytic strabismus is beneficial to the recovery of patients'eye movements,can improve the quality of life of patients,and has a more accurate effect.
