阴道镜下LEEP术联合辛复宁治疗宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的患者采用阴道镜下LEEP术联合辛复宁治疗的临床疗效。方法2017年2月—2020年1月,抽选于该院接受治疗的子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者102例,随机分组,对照组(n=50)单纯采取阴道镜下LEEP手术治疗,观察组(n=52)在其基础上联合干扰素辛复宁治疗,对比两组临床效果,术后恢复情况等。结果观察组患HPV转阴率高于对照组,TCT异常比率、病灶残留比率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗半年后白带量多患者概率3.85%、白带脓性概率0.00%均明显低于对照组18.00%、10.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.183、5.107,P<0.05)。结论宫颈病变患者接受阴道镜下LEEP术治疗过程中联合干扰素辛复宁治疗效果确切,安全性高,值得临床运用且推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of colposcopy LEEP combined with Xinfuning in patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions.Methods From February 2017 to January 2020,102 patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions treated in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50)was treated with colposcopy LEEP surgery alone,and the observation group(n=52)was based on it,combined with interferon Xinfuning treatment,the clinical effects and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The rate of HPV conversion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of abnormal TCT and the rate of residual lesions were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After half a year of treatment in the observation group,the probability of patients with high leucorrhea volume was 3.85%and the probability of leucorrhea purulent 0.00%were significantly lower than those of the control group 18.00%and 10.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.183,5.107,P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with cervical lesions undergoing LEEP under colposcopy,the combination of interferon Xinfuning has a definite effect and high safety,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
