摘 要:随着我国经济发展,对高层次人才需求的质量和数量都在不断丰富和深化.本文通过研究发现,人力资本要素对以GDP表征的经济发展数量和以发明专利授权数量表征的经济发展质量均具有正向促进作用,但是促进作用相对较弱,人力资本要素的质量和规模效应有待进一步提升.依托人力资本要素促进经济增长,应建立人力资本投资长效机制、提高人力资本开发针对性、建立职业经理人机制、推动核心员工股权激励机制.With the development of China's economy,the quality and quantity of demand for high-level talents are constantly enriched and deepened.It is found that human capital factors have a positive effect on the quantity of economic development represented by GDP and the quality of economic development represented by the number of patents authorized for invention.However,the promotion effect is relatively weak,and the quality and scale effect of human capital factors need to be further improved.To promote economic growth by relying on human capital elements,we should establish a long-term mechanism for human capital investment,improve the pertinence of human capital development,establish a mechanism for professional managers,and promote the equity incentive mechanism for core employees.
