摘 要:为了解决混凝土巷道抗裂与抗折性能不足的问题,采用预埋碳纤维网与均布碳纤维短切丝的方法,改善巷道支护混凝土拱的承载能力与抗变形能力,重点进行荷载作用下混凝土拱的应力应变分析。结果表明:碳纤维网与碳纤维短切丝的掺入均能提升混凝土抗变形能力,降低应变的增长速率,有效阻碍微裂缝的扩展与延伸,显著提高初裂荷载与极限破坏荷载。碳纤维网密度40mm×40mm与碳纤维短切丝掺量为2%时增强效果最佳。在极限荷载作用下,发生破坏的最不利位置出现在混凝土拱最高点的两侧。In order to solve the problem of insufficient resistance to crack and fracture in concrete roadway,the method of embedded carbon fiber net and carbon fiber short-cut wire was adopted to improve the bearing capacity and deformation resistance of concrete arch supported by roadway,and stress and strain analysis of concrete arch under load was emphasized.The results show that the addition of carbon fiber net and carbon fiber short-cut wire can improve the deformation resistance of concrete arch,reduce the growth rate of strain,effectively hinder the expansion and extension of micro-crack,and significantly increase the initial crack load and ultimate failure load;the best enhancement effect is obtained in the condition of carbon fiber mesh density being 40mm×40mm and carbon fiber chopped wire content being 2%;under the effect of ultimate load,the most unfavorable position of failure occurs on both sides of the highest point of the concrete arch.
