二氧化锆修复上下前牙对口腔美学的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究二氧化锆修复上下前牙对口腔美学的应用效果。方法随机选取该院自2017年10月-2019年6月期间收治的66例上下前牙修复患者,采取抽签法随机分为试验组(n=33)与参照组(n=33),参照组患者应用常规镍铬合金修复体治疗,试验组患者应用二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复治疗,对比两组患者咀嚼有效率、咬合力、炎症因子及美观满意评分。结果治疗后,试验组患者咀嚼有效率为(1.43±0.06)%优于参照组的(1.12±0.05)%,差异有统计学意义(t=22.801,P<0.001),咬合力为(138.42±16.33)N优于参照组的(103.65±12.16)N,差异有统计学意义(t=9.810,P<0.001),IL-6为(21.64±3.14)μg/L低于参照组的(41.92±4.67)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=20.702,P<0.001),IL-8为(60.47±8.59)μg/L低于参照组的(78.66±9.05)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.374,P<0.001),美观满意评分为(85.37±1.29)分高于参照组的(70.16±1.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=39.158,P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆修复上下前牙能提高咬合力,减少炎症反应,无牙龈着色,具有较好的美学效果。Objective To explore the effect of zirconium dioxide on the oral aesthetics of upper and lower anterior teeth.Methods 66 patients with upper and lower anterior restorations admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=33)and reference group(n=33)by lottery method.Patients in the reference group applied conventional nickel-chromium alloy restorations,and patients in the experimental group were treated with zirconia porcelain dental restorations.The effective chewing rate,occlusal force,inflammatory factors and aesthetic satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of chewing in the test group was(1.43±0.06)%better than that of the reference group(1.12±0.05)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.801,P<0.001),and the bite force was(138.42±16.33)N better than the reference group(103.65±12.16)N,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.810,P<0.001),IL-6 was(21.64±3.14)μg/L lower than the reference group(41.92±4.67)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=20.702,P<0.001),IL-8 was(60.47±8.59)μg/L lower than the reference group(78.66±9.05)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.374,P<0.001),and the aesthetic satisfaction score was(85.37±1.29)points higher than the reference group(70.16±1.02)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=39.158,P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium dioxide restoration of upper and lower anterior teeth can improve occlusal force,reduce inflammation,and have no gum staining.It has a good aesthetic effect.
