探讨高血压脑出血患者行不同手术对神经功能的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究手术治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)效果。方法方便选取2015年1月-2019年12月昆山市中医医院神经外科收治的98例HICH患者,入院先后顺序分两组即观察组(50例,神经内镜微创手术)与对照组(48例,开窗血肿清除术),两组手术效果比较。结果术前两组观察指标、NIHSS及ADL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后与对照组比,观察组SF、BNP、CRP及TNF-α值低;观察组NIHSS评分(9.48±1.26)分低于对照组(14.82±1.19)分;观察组ADL评分(84.25±12.26)分高于对照组(65.08±11.84)分,差异有统计学意义(t=21.551、7.869,P<0.05)。结论神经内镜微创手术治疗高血压脑出血能提高疗效、稳定病情。Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 98 HICH patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2019 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups:observation group(50 cases,minimally invasive neuroendoscopic surgery)and control group(48 cases,fenestration hematoma removal surgery),comparison of surgical effects between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the observation indexes,NIHSS and ADL scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);SF,BNP,CRP and TNF-αvalues in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after operation;NIHSS score in the observation group(9.48±1.26)points were lower than the control group(14.82±1.19)points;the observation group’s ADL score(84.25±12.26)points were higher than the control group(65.08±11.84)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=21.551,7.869,P<0.05).Conclusion Neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve the curative effect and stabilize the condition.
