固定义齿修复对牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析固定义齿修复对牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法便利选择2019年1月-2019年12月在该院治疗的160例牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损患者,将所有患者随机分为两组,每组80例,对照组患者进行可摘局部义齿修复治疗,观察组进行固定义齿修复治疗,将两组治疗后的修复效果、咀嚼效率及患者满意度进行比较。结果经过相应的修复治疗后,观察组修复优良率与优秀率分别为97.50%、78.75%,均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.131、8.872,P<0.05);修复治疗前两组咀嚼效率相仿,差异无统计学意义(t=0.081,P>0.05),修复治疗后咀嚼效率为(94.50±3.34)%,明显高于对照组修复后咀嚼效率,组间差异有统计学意义(t=15.214,P<0.05);满意度调查结果显示观察组在美观度、舒适度、咀嚼功能、食物嵌塞方面的满意度分别为96.25%、97.50%、93.75%、96.25%,均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=13.287、8.146、15.860、11.294,P<0.05)。结论采用固定义齿修复治疗牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损具有较高的临床价值,能够有效改善患者咀嚼效能,修复效果理想,患者满意度高。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of fixed tooth restoration on severely worn teeth with dentition defect.Methods convenient selected 160 patients with severe tooth wear and dentition defect treated in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group.The control group received removable partial dentures restorative treatment,the observation group received fixed-definition tooth restoration treatment,and the repair effect,mastication efficiency and patient satisfaction of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After the corresponding repair treatment,the excellent and excellent rates of repair in the observation group were 97.50%and 78.75%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=9.131、8.872,P<0.05);the mastication efficiency of the two groups before repair treatment was similar,there was no statistically significant difference(t=0.081,P>0.05),the mastication efficiency after repair treatment was(94.50±3.34)%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group after repair.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=15.214,P<0.05);the satisfaction survey results showed that the satisfaction degree of the observation group in terms of aesthetics,comfort,chewing function,and food impaction were 96.25%,97.50%,and 93.75%and 96.25%,significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=13.287、8.146、15.860、11.294,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fixed tooth restoration to treat severely worn teeth with dentition defect has high clinical value,which can effectively improve the chewing efficiency of patients,the restoration effect is ideal,and the patient satisfaction is high.
