摘　　要：目的研究与分析三时段护理预防手术患者强迫体位压力性损伤的临床价值。方法方便选取黑龙江省医院2019年1月-2020年5月手术并符合纳入标准的患者90例,随后将患者分为对照组与干预组,分组的标准为患者的入院顺序,奇数纳入对照组,偶数纳入干预组,每组45例。其中对照组进行手术室预防压力性损伤的常规护理,而干预组进行手术室预防压力性损伤三时段护理,术后24 h对压力性损伤的患者进行随访。结果干预组与对照组患者的体位摆放时间、手术总时间、术中低体温发生率、24 h内压力性损伤发生情况以及护理配合满意度等指标(52.62±7.46)min,(45.36±8.13)min,4.4%,4.4%,97.8%vs(69.36±10.36)min,(60.15±7.98)min,20.0%,28.9%,80.0%),差异有统计学意义(t=8.796、8.709;χ^2=5.075、9.680、7.200,P=0.000、0.000、0.024、0.002、0.007)。结论三时段护理预防手术患者强迫体位压力性损伤的临床价值较高。Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of three-period nursing to prevent forced postural pressure injury in surgical patients.Methods A total of 90 patients in Heilongjiang Province hospital who were operated from January 2019 to May 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were convenient selected.The patients were then divided into a control group and an intervention group.The grouping criteria was the order of admission of the patients,odd numbers were included in the control group,and even numbers were included in the intervention group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine care for the prevention of pressure injuries in the operating room,while the intervention group received three-period care for the prevention of pressure injuries in the operating room.Patients with pressure injuries were followed up at 24 h after surgery.Results The intervention group and the control group had statistically significant differences in the positioning time,the total operation time,the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,the occurrence of pressure injuries within 24 hours,and the satisfaction of nursing cooperation between the intervention group and the control group(52.62±7.46)min,(45.36±8.13)min,4.4%,4.4%,97.8%vs(69.36±10.36)min,(60.15±7.98)min,20.0%,28.9%,80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(t=8.796,8.709;χ^2=5.075,9.680,7.200,P=0.000,0.000,0.024,0.002,0.007).Conclusion The clinical value of three-period nursing to prevent forced postural pressure injury in surgical patients is high,and it can be promoted clinically.
