综合性护理在减轻肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留中的应用效果评估

摘　　要：目的研究综合性护理在减轻肛瘘患者术后疼痛与尿潴留预防中的临床效果。方法方便选取2018年6月-2019年12月期间在该院接受肛瘘手术的100例患者,将开展常规护理的50例设定为A组,将以综合性护理方案开展护理的50例设定为B组,对比两组患者的术后疼痛情况、尿潴留发生情况以及护理满意度。结果护理后,B组患者术后6 h、24 h以及48 h的VAS评分与A组相比明显更低(t=6.539、21.076、14.017,P<0.05);B组患者的尿潴留发生率2.00%与A组的20.00%相比明显更低(χ^2=8.274,P<0.05);且B组患者的护理满意度96.00%与A组的80.00%相比明显更高(χ^2=6.061,P<0.05)。结论综合性护理用于行肛瘘手术患者的临床护理中可有效减轻其术后疼痛,减少尿潴留的发生,提升患者的护理满意度,建议临床积极推广运用。Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in reducing postoperative pain and urinary retention in patients with anal fistula.Methods convenient select 100 patients who underwent anal fistula surgery in the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019,set 50 patients who carried out routine nursing as group A,and set 50 patients who were nursing with a comprehensive nursing plan as group B,the postoperative pain,urinary retention and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the VAS scores of patients in group B at 6 h,24 h,and48 h were significantly lower than those of group A(t=6.539,21.076,14.017,P<0.05);the incidence of urinary retention in group B was 2.00%and compared with 20.00%of group A,it was significantly lower(χ^2=8.274,P<0.05);and the satisfaction of 96.00%of patients in group B was significantly higher than 80.00%of group A(χ^2=6.061,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing used in the clinical nursing of patients undergoing anal fistula surgery can effectively reduce their postoperative pain,reduce the occurrence of urinary retention,and improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction.It is recommended to be actively promoted in clinical practice.
