摘 要:首次以纳米SmB6替代传统的Sm2O3激活剂,制备了一系列Ca1-xNb2O6:x SmB6橙红色荧光粉。采用XRD和SEM等方式对荧光粉粉末进行表征与分析,研究了Ca1-xNb2O6:x SmB6荧光粉的物相、晶体结构、颗粒形貌和光致发光特性。精修结果表明:Sm3+和B2-分别成功的替代了Ca2+和O2-的晶格位。根据光致发光实验结果,SmB6掺杂物质的量为0.04mol时,荧光粉的发光强度达到最高值,其发光强度约为使用Sm2O3激活剂的1.4倍。Ca1-xNb2O6:x SmB6荧光粉可作为白光LED中的潜在材料。We used nanocrystalline SmB6 for the first time to replace the traditional Sm2O3 as activator and prepared a series of Ca1-xNb2O6:x SmB6 orange-red phosphors.The phase,crystal structure,particle's morphology and photoluminescence properties of Ca1-xNb2O6:x SmB6 phosphors were studied through characterizing and analyzing the phosphor powder by using XRD and SEM methods.Rietveld refining results showed that Sm3+and B2-ions successfully replaced the lattice sites of Ca2+and O2-ions respectively.According to photoluminescence test results,when the doping concentration of SmB6 was 0.04mol,the luminous intensity of the phosphor reached the highest value,which was about 1.4 times that of the CaNb2O6 phosphor with Sm2O3 activator,suggesting that Ca1-xNb2O6:x SmB6 phosphors had high potential for using in white LED.
