摘  要:为研究土壤菌对土壤氟形态分布的影响,从内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟镶黄旗高氟区土壤中分离出两株菌,经16S rRNA基因鉴定,两株菌分别属于Bacillus和Acinetobacter。将两株菌菌体悬浊于葡萄糖溶液后分别添加到灭菌土壤中,以添加灭活菌葡萄糖悬浊液的土壤为对照,在30℃条件下培养。在培养当天、14天和28天,分别测定土壤pH、土壤水溶性氟、可交换态氟、可还原态氟含量。结果表明:添加活菌和灭活菌的土壤pH均出现先降低后增加的趋势。当土壤pH降低时,大部分土壤样品中的水溶态氟含量也随之降低,但添加Acinetobacter活菌的土壤中水溶态氟一直保持在较高的水平。土壤可交换态氟含量随培养时间的增加整体上呈先减小后增加的趋势。活菌和灭活菌对照中的可交换态含量无显著性差异。土壤可还原态氟含量随着时间的推移逐渐增加,活菌和灭活菌对照中的可还原态氟含量无显著性差异。在短时间内,微生物对土壤氟形态分布的影响主要集中在土壤水溶性氟的分布上,且不同菌种间存在很大差异。To study the effects of soil bacteria on the speciation of fluoride in soil,two strains were isolated from the soil of high-fluorine area in Xianghuangqi of Inner Mongolia,which was identified belonging to Bacillus and Acinetobacter genus according to 16S rRNA gene sequence.Cells of the two strains suspended in glucose solution,dead cells as control,were mixed respetively into the sterilized soil and incubated at 30℃.The soil pH,content of water-soluble fluoride,exchangeable fluoride and reducible fluoride were measured on the first day,and 14 days and 28 days after culture respectively.The results showed that the soil pH decreased at first and then increased both in living and dead cell inoculated soils.With the decreasing of soil pH,the content of water-soluble fluoride in most soil samples was decreased except that the soils inoculated with Acinetobacter,that kept high level of the water-soluble fluoride throughout the culture.The content of exchangeable fluoride decreased at first and then increased with the incubation for all the samples and no significant difference was found between the living and dead cell inoculated soil.For reducible fluoride,the content of it gradually increased with the incubation time and there was no significant difference between the living and dead cell inoculated soil.These results suggested that the influence of microorganisms on the distribution of soil fluoride in a short time was mainly on the content of water-soluble fluoride and there are great differences among different microbes.
