理气化痰消瘿方联合左旋甲状腺激素治疗良性甲状腺结节的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探究理气化痰消瘿方联合左旋甲状腺激素治疗良性甲状腺结节的疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月秦皇岛市中医医院收治的良性甲状腺结节患者104例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组52例,对照组采用左旋甲状腺激素治疗,观察组在此基础上口服理气化痰消瘿方,比较治疗前后2组患者的甲功、甲状腺结节、中医症候积分和疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为82.69%,高于对照组的(65.38%,P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医症候积分、促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量、甲状腺最长径和甲状腺体积较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:理气化痰消瘿方联合左旋甲状腺激素能够有效改善良性甲状腺结节患者临床症候,软化消散甲状腺结节,促进甲功恢复,是有效治疗良性甲状腺结节的中西医结合手段。Objective:To explore the effect of Liqi Huatan Xiaoying Recipe combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 104 patients with benign thyroid nodules treated in Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine,while the observation group was treated with Huatan Xiaoying Recipe combined with levothyroxine.The changes of thyroid function,thyroid nodules,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and total effective rate were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 82.69%,higher than the control group(65.38%,P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,content of TSH,longest thyroid diameter and thyroid volume in the 2 groups all decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liqi Huatan Xiaoying Recipe combined with levothyroxine can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with benign thyroid nodules,soften and dissipate thyroid nodules,and promote the recoveryof thyroid function,which is an effective method of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.
