产妇补充健脾生血片对预防婴儿缺铁性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较产妇分别补充健脾生血片和硫酸亚铁片对预防婴儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至7月中南大学湘雅三医院收治的有贫血史的产妇200例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组患者服用健脾生血片,3片/次,2次/d;对照组患者服用硫酸亚铁片,1片/次,2次/d。2组患者均连续服药9个月。观察2组患者在产后9个月时母亲和婴儿的贫血率、母亲血清中铁蛋白、转铁蛋白水平、产后中医证候评分及不良反应情况的差异。结果:观察组各项指标均显著优于对照组,其中纯母乳喂养儿均未发生贫血,显著优于对照组;同时观察组消化道不良反应发生率更少。结论:产妇补充健脾生血片对预防婴儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效比硫酸亚铁更明显,且较为安全,具有进一步临床推广的价值。Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets and ferrous sulfate tablets on preventing iron deficiency anemia in infants.Methods:A total of 200 pregnant women with a history of anemia who were treated in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 100 cases in each group.The observation group patients were given Jianpi Shengxue Tablets,3 tablets/time,2 times/day;Patients in the control group were given ferrous sulfate tablets,1 piece/time,2 times/d.Both groups of patients took the medicine continuously for 9 months.The difference of the mother and baby′s anemia rate,mother′s serum ferritin,transferrin level,postpartum TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions between the 2 groups of patients at 9 months postpartum were observed.Results:All the indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.Among them,none of the breast-fed children had anemia,which was significantly better than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions was fewer in the observation group.Conclusion:Maternal supplementation of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets is more effective in preventing iron deficiency anemia in infants than ferrous sulfate,and is safer,and has the value of further clinical promotion.
