摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想具有严密理论逻辑的科学理论体系,始终坚持问题导向,以党的使命和人民需求作为生成逻辑,将生态文明建设与民生福祉、民族未来紧密相连;以马克思主义生态观为理论之基,以中华优秀传统文化生态智慧为文化渊源,与中国共产党历代领导集体生态治理思想一脉相承;坚持以“人与自然和谐共生”为价值指引,实现生态环境与经济发展的辩证统一,将最严格的制度与最严密的法治作为发展的有力保障。Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought is a scientific theoretical system with strict theoretical logic.It always adheres to the problem-orientation,takes the party's mission and people's needs as the generating logic,and closely connects the construction of ecological civilization with the well-being of people and the future of the nation.Based on Marxist ecological thought and the ecological wisdom of Chinese fine traditional culture,it is in the same line with the ecological governance thought of Chinese communist party leaders.Guided by the value of"harmonious coexistence between man and nature",we should realize the dialectical unity between ecological environment and economic development,and take the strictest system and the strictest rule of law as a strong guarantee for development.
