摘  要:针对现代无线通信系统日趋高性能的需求,设计了一种工作频率为2.45 GHz的有源集成发射天线。该有源集成发射天线将功率放大器与一个无源方形微带贴片天线直接集成在一体,省去了传统的50Ω连接线;功率放大器利用小信号S参数进行设计,实现了最大输出功率30.1 dBm;方形辐射贴片对角线处开槽的结构设计,使天线的输入阻抗在谐波频率上近似为纯虚部阻抗;4.9 GHz频率处|S11|>−1.9 dB,达到了抑制天线二次谐波辐射的效果。通过测试分析,证明了该有源天线在无线通信发射系统中的可行性和优越性。An active integrated transmitting antenna at 2.45 GHz is designed to meet the increasingly high-performance requirements of modern wireless communication systems.The proposed active integrated antenna(AIA)is the direct integration of a power amplifier and a square microstrip patch antenna without a conventional 50Ωconnecting line.The power amplifier is designed by using small signal S-parameters so as to realize its maximum output power of 30.1 dBm.Slotted structural design at the square radiating patch diagonals makes the antenna’s input impedance approximate to pure imaginary impedance at the second harmonic frequency.At the second harmonic frequency of 4.9 GHz,|S11|is greater than−1.9 dB,indicating that the second harmonic radiation is suppressed successfully.Measurement and analysis prove the feasibility and superiority of this active antenna in wireless communication transmission systems.
