摘  要:为了解云南省昆明市羊布鲁氏菌病流行情况,预判流行趋势,评估疫情发生风险,2017—2019年,根据昆明市家畜布鲁氏菌病监测计划,采用虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验相结合的方式,对全市14个县区54470个场次的420635份未免疫羊血清样品进行抗体检测,并对不同年份、不同养殖方式、不同县区、不同季节的检测数据进行统计分析。结果显示:3年来共检出阳性血清样品5489份、阳性场次1367个,总个体阳性率为1.31%,总群体阳性率为2.51%;2017—2019年,个体阳性率从1.91%下降至0.73%,群体阳性率从3.32%下降至0.84%;规模养殖场个体阳性率和群体阳性率均明显高于散养户(P<0.05);羊布鲁氏菌病流行呈散发态势,区域不均衡性明显,在奶山羊较集中的县区以及养殖分散区流行较为严重(P<0.05);第一季度的个体阳性率和群体阳性率均明显高于其他季节(P<0.05)。结果表明,昆明市羊布鲁氏菌病流行逐步得到有效控制,但仍须加强高风险季节、高风险地区以及规模场的监测和净化工作。本调查为昆明市羊布鲁氏菌病的预警预防提供了参考数据,也为昆明市羊布鲁氏菌病防控策略制定提供了依据。In order to identify the prevalence of sheep brucellosis to predict the trend and evaluate the risk of disease outbreak in Kunming City of Yunnan Province,based on the surveillance plan for livestock brucellosis in Kunming City,420635 serum samples from non-immunized sheep collected from 54470 farm-times in 14 counties/districts across the city from 2016 to 2019 were tested by the combination of rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBT)and standard-tube agglutination test(SAT),then detection data from different years,breeding methods,counties and seasons were statistically analyzed.The results showed that a total of 5489 positive samples were detected,covering 1367 farm-times,and the total positive rate was 1.31%at individual level and 2.51%at group level;the positive rate decreased from 1.91%to 0.73%at individual level during 2017—2019,and 3.32%to 0.84%at group level;the individual and group positive rates in large-scale farms were higher than those in free-range households(P<0.05);the prevalence of sheep brucellosis was sporadic with obvious regional imbalance,which was more serious in the counties/districts where dairy goats were relatively collective or scattered zones(P<0.05);and the individual and group positive rates were higher in first quarter than those in other seasons(P<0.05).It was concluded that brucellosis had been gradually and effectively controlled in Kunming City,but the surveillance and purification should be strengthened in the seasons and regions at high risk as well as large-scale farms.The study would contribute to the prevention,control and early warning of sheep brucellosis as well as the development of relevant control strategies.
