摘 要:目的:分析苏州市立医院北区住院患者满意度影响因素,为进一步提高住院患者膳食满意度提供参考。方法:对医院2017年4季度至2020年1季度共10个季度的住院患者膳食满意度的第三方调查结果数据进行对比,发现2019年3季度的住院患者膳食满意度较之前有显著提高,并且在2019年4季度和2020年1季度的住院患者膳食满意度皆维持在90分左右的高位。对313名住院患者进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷280份,对问卷数据进行探索性因子分析和结构方程模型SEM分析。结果:住院患者满意度影响因素有三个:膳食品种丰富卫生、膳食供应服务、膳食品质,他们的影响力(权重)分别为37.495%、37.144%、25.359%。结论:积极改进膳食品种、膳食供应服务、膳食品质,有助于提高住院患者膳食满意度。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the satisfaction of inpatients in the North District of Suzhou City Hospital,and to provide a reference for further improving the inpatients'meal satisfaction.Method:Comparing the data of the third-party survey results of the hospital’s in-patients’meal satisfaction for 10 quarters from the fourth quarter of 2017 to the first quarter of 2020,it was found that the in-patients’food satisfaction in the third quarter of 2019 was significantly higher than before.In addition,in the fourth quarter of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020,the food satisfaction of inpatients remained high at around 90 points.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 313 inpatients,280 valid questionnaires were recovered,and exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model SEM analysis were conducted on the questionnaire data.Results:There are three factors influencing the satisfaction of inpatients:the variety of dietary hygiene,dietary services,and dietary quality.Their influence(weight)is 37.495%,37.144%,and 25.359%,respectively.Discuss:Actively improving the variety of dietary hygiene,dietary supply services,and dietary quality will help improve the satisfaction of inpatients.
