摘 要:纳米白炭黑因其粒径小且表面含有大量硅羟基,具有较高的化学反应活性。本文用硅烷偶联剂KH-580对纳米白炭黑表面进行化学修饰,以改善其表面性能,使其在有机材料中得到广泛的应用。其间探究了改性剂用量对白炭黑吸油值、比表面及物理性能的影响。结果表明,改性剂用量为0.8 wt%,改性效果最好。改性后的纳米白炭黑呈疏水状态,改性后,DBP和BET均略有降低,改性过程中基本没有发生明显的颗粒团聚现象。Nano silica has high chemical reactivity because of its small particle size and large amount of silicon hydroxyl on its surface.In this paper,silane coupling agent KH-580 was used to chemically modify the surface of nano silica to improve its surface properties and make it widely used in organic materials.In the meantime,the influence of the amount of modifier on the oil absorption,specific surface and physical properties of nano silica was explored.The results show that the amount of modifier was 0.8 wt%,and the modification effect was the best.The modified nano silica was in a hydrophobic state,after modification,both DBP and BET were slightly reduced,and there was basically no obvious particle agglomeration during the modification process.
