摘 要:垃圾焚烧发电厂烟气脱硝一般采用SNCR工艺即可满足《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准》(GB 18485—2014)排放要求。为改善环境,部分地市对辖区内的垃圾焚烧厂提出了更为严格的排放要求,甚至要求某些示范性工厂实现"零排放"。这也使得原有项目或新建项目需要考虑增加或布置SCR脱硝工艺,进一步降低烟气的NO_x含量。某垃圾焚烧发电厂在原有半干法脱酸系统基础上增加SCR脱硝改造,使烟气中的NO_x降低到低于80 mg/Nm^3,同时二噁英在原有基础上降低50%。因此,本文分析了垃圾焚烧厂烟气净化SCR改造设计和脱硝效果。The flue gas denitrification of waste incineration power plants generally adopts the SNCR process to meet the emission requirements of the"Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Incineration"(GB 18485—2014).In order to improve the environment,some prefectures and cities have put forward stricter emission requirements for waste incineration plants within their jurisdictions,and even require certain demonstration plants to achieve"zero emission".This also makes existing projects or new projects need to consider adding or deploying SCR denitration process to further reduce the NO_x content of flue gas.A waste incineration power plant added SCR denitrification to the original semi-dry deacidification system,reducing the NO_x in the flue gas to less than 80 mg/Nm^3,and reducing the dioxin by 50%on the original basis.Therefore,this paper analyzes the design and denitrification effect of SCR for flue gas purification in waste incineration plants.
