两种弹力绷带对经桡动脉冠脉介入诊疗术后前臂血肿的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较两种弹力绷带对经桡动脉冠脉介入诊疗术后前臂血肿的疗效。方法将经桡动脉行冠脉介入诊疗术后出现中、重度前臂血肿的200例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组100例。试验组应用保易定弹力绷带加压包扎,对照组应用耐乐固弹力绷带加压包扎。观察2组血肿范围减少一半时间、疼痛消失时间、桡动脉搏动恢复时间、水泡消失时间、肤色恢复正常时间和撤除绷带时间。结果试验组前臂血肿范围减少一半的时间、疼痛消失时间、桡动脉搏动恢复时间、水泡消失时间、肤色恢复正常时间、撤除绷带时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经冠脉介入术后前臂血肿的患者,应用保易定弹力绷带效果优于耐乐固弹力绷带。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of two kinds of elastic bandages on the forearm hematoma after trans-radial artery intervention therapy.Methods A total of 200 patients with forearm hematoma after trans-radial artery intervention therapy were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two experimental group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in experimental group were treated by pressure dressing with Putterbinde elastic bandages,however,the patients in control group were treated by pressure dressing with Nylexorgrip elastic bandages.The time of half reduction of forearm hematoma scope,and the pain extinction time,the arterial pulse recovery time,and the blisters extinction time,the time of skin color returning to normal color and the time of removing the bandage were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The time of half reduction of forearm hematoma scope,and the pain extinction time,the arterial pulse recovery time,and the blisters extinction time,the time of skin color returning to normal color and the time of removing the bandage in experiment group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Putterbinde elastic bandages are superior to those by Nylexorgrip elastic bandages on forearm hematoma of patients after trans-radial artery intervention therapy.
