摘 要:在新产品开发阶段,如何从设计师提出的多个可行工程更改方案中优选出最优方案指导工程实践,一直是困扰企业的难题。为解决这一难题,提出了一种基于灰色关联分析的工程更改方案优选方法。首先分析工程更改方案优选面临的主要问题;其次建立更改方案优选评价指标体系;然后构建更改方案优选模型,结合灰色关联分析求解最优更改方案;最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。In the new product development stage,it has been a difficult problem for enterprises to choose the optimal change plan to guide engineering practice from the multiple feasible engineering change plans proposed by designers.In order to solve this problem,an optimizing method of engineering change(EC)plans based on grey relation analysis was presented.First of all,the major problems faced by the optimization of change plan were analyzed.Then,an evaluation index system of EC plan optimization was established.Afterwards,the change plan optimization model was constructed,and the grey relation degree was utilized to compute the optimal change plan.Finally,the feasibility of the method was verified by an application case.
