摘　　要：明确茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对不同类型谷子不育系的促花效应以及适宜的使用时间和浓度,可为MeJA等促花激素在谷子杂交种制种中的应用提供理论依据。以3个不同类型的谷子骨干不育系为试验材料,分别在盛花期的5:00和7:00喷施不同浓度(1、2、4、6 mmol/L)的MeJA溶液,以喷施蒸馏水为对照,研究了MeJA不同喷施时间和浓度对谷子开花数的影响。结果表明:MeJA对3个不同类型的谷子骨干不育系开花均具有诱导效应;但不同类型材料对MeJA诱导的应答时间和适宜浓度不同。喷施MeJA诱导谷子不育系开花的适宜时间为盛花期的5:00,其中在冀杂1A和矮A1上使用的适宜浓度为4 mmol/L,在JA5-6上使用的适宜浓度为2 mmol/L。To clear the flower promoting effect of methyl jasmonate(MeJA)and the suitable application time on concentration could provide the theoretical basis for the application of flower stimulating hormone such as MeJA in production of millet hybrid seeds.Taking three millet backbone male sterile lines as the materials and spraying 1,2,4 and 6 mmol/L MeJA at 5 and 7 a.m at bloom stage,respectively,and the effects of different spraying time and concentrations on the number of flowers of millet were studied.The results showed that MeJA could induce flowering of three different types of millet backbone male sterile lines.The response time of different kinds of materials to MeJA was different as well as the suitable concentration.The appropriate time for inducing flowering of millet sterile lines by spraying MeJA was 5 a.m at blooming stage.The appropriate concentration of MeJA for inducing flowering of Jiza 1 A and Ai A1 was 4 mmol/L,while for that of JA5-6 was 2 mmol/L.
