《河北农业科学》特色栏目建设的实践与探索

摘　　要：栏目是期刊的基本单元,对于综合性农业学术期刊而言,通过创办特色栏目来撬动期刊的发展是可行之路。《河北农业科学》期刊设立并发展了"粟类作物专栏""乡村振兴专栏"2个特色栏目,发展势头良好,期刊复合影响因子从0.380(2012年)上升到0.747(2019年),CI学科排名得到显著提升。通过分析《河北农业科学》特色栏目创建与发展的实践之路,发现其发展过程中存在稿件质量有待提高、栏目选题策划有待提高、栏目影响力有待提高、骨干作者群体有待稳定等主要问题,提出依托单位优势学科不断突出期刊特色,加强特色栏目策划与选题,加强特约撰稿人、骨干作者队伍建设、建立沟通机制以扩大期刊影响力的对策与建议。Column is the basic unit of a periodical.For the comprehensive agricultural academic periodical,it is a feasible way to develop the periodical by establishing characteristic columns.Hebei Agricultural Science established and developed two special columns of millet crops and rural revitalization with good development momentum.The compound impact factor of the journal rose from 0.380(2012)to 0.747(2019),and the ranking of CI subjects significantly improved.By analyzing the practice of creation and development of characteristics columns of Hebei Agricultural Science,the main problems in the process of development were found such as the manuscript quality,the topic planning and the column influence needed to be improved,and the backbone authors group needs to be stable.The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward including relying on the advantageous disciplines of the unit and highlighting the characteristics of journals,strengthening the topic planning of special columns,as well as the construction of contributing editor and the backbone author team,and setting up the communication mechanism in order to expand the periodical influence.
