海军航校学生入校体检淘汰因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析海军青少年航校学生入校体检结果,探索体检模式、方法,为进一步把好体检质量关提供合理方案。方法对2019年度入校体检淘汰率排名前20位异常项目分类整理,将14个不同省市青少年航校学生划分为3个体检组,对每组各科室淘汰人数及构成比进行分析,探究3个体检组淘汰情况差异性。结果在3个体检组体检淘汰率差异分析中,一组和三组、二组和三组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对3个体检组各科室体检淘汰人数和构成比分析显示,眼科、内科、外科、神经精神科、超声科和心电图室差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);青少年航校学生入校体检淘汰率排名前20位异常项目中,眼科有9项占多数,其中又以远视力不足淘汰率(62.16%)最高,且14所青少年航校学生入校体检远视力不足淘汰率在部分学校有明显差别。结论加强海军招飞体检队伍建设,提高检测质量,需制定切实可行的措施,保护青少年航校学生的视力,进而提高招收飞行学员体检合格率。Objective To analyze the matriculation medical examination results of the students for enrolment into the youth aviation schools and also to explore the mode and method for the examination,so as to provide a better profile for the guarantee of health examination quality.Methods The top 20 abnormal items listed in the 2019 matriculation medical examination were classified,The students from 14 aviation schools in different provinces and cities were divided into 3 examination groups.The number and composition ratio of the elimination by various medical departments in each examination group were analyzed to identify differences in elimination between the 3 groups.Results In analysis of the differences in the elimination rate of the 3 medical examination groups,statistical significance could be seen,when comparisons were made between 2 group pairs,i.e.between group 1 and group 3,and between group 2 and group 3(P<0.05).Analysis of the elimination number and composition ratio by various sections in the 3 groups indicated that statistical differences could be noticed in the departments of ophthalmology,internal medicine,surgery,neuropsychiatry and electrocardiogram(P<0.05).Of the top 20 abnormal elimination items in the medical examination of the students from youth aviation schools,9 abnormal items in ophthalmology constituted the majority,among which elimination due to deficient distance vision accounted for the highest(62.16%).Furthermore,significant differences could be noted in the rate of elimination due to distance vision deficiency for the students from 14 aviation schools in the matriculation medical examination in some schools.Conclusion The construction of naval recruitment medical examination teams should be strengthened,and detection quality also demanded further improvement.At the same time,practical measures should be developed for the visual protection of students from youth aviation schools,so that the qualification rate of medical examinations for aviation cadets could be further enhanced.
