摘 要:目的探讨仿真头颅模型在海军非口腔专业医学生颌间固定教学中的应用效果。方法随机抽取海军军医大学2013级某非口腔专业医学生48人为研究对象,并将其分成2组,即传统教学组和仿真头颅模型教学组,每组24人,进行颌间固定教学,课后进行理论内容考核和教学满意度调查。结果仿真头颅模型教学组学生的理论考核成绩明显优于传统教学组,教学调查表显示仿真头颅模型系统不仅能够提高学生的学习兴趣,强化理论知识,而且极大地提高学生的实践操作技能。结论在非口腔专业医学生中应用人仿真头颅模型进行临床教学对于非口腔专业医学生掌握口腔检查以及颌间固定操作等基本技能效果显著,是一种值得推广的教学工具。Objective To explore the application efficiency of the head-simulator in the teaching of inter-maxillary fixation for naval non-dental medical cadets.Methods Of the 182 non-dental medical cadets in the year of 2013,48 were chosen and were divided into 2 groups:the traditional teaching group and the simulation head-model teaching group,each consisting of 24.They received teaching of inter-maxillary fixation,and following teaching,a satisfaction survey was made on theoretical test and teaching efficiency.Results The test scores of the cadets in the simulation head-model teaching group were significantly superior to those in the traditional teaching group.The teaching questionnaire survey results showed that the head-simulator could not only enhance their learning enthusiasm and intensify their theoretical knowledge,but also greatly improve their practical skills.Conclusion The application of head-simulator in clinical teaching of non-dental medical cadets could achieve good teaching results in the grasp of basic skills in oral examination and intermaxillary fixation.For this reason,it was a positive teaching tool worth further extension.
