穴位埋线疗法和三维正脊疗法对飞行官兵盘源性腰痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较穴位埋线疗法和三维正脊疗法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法采用穴位埋线疗法(埋线组)、三维正脊疗法(复位组)分别治疗80例椎间盘源性下腰痛的飞行官兵,评价其疗效。结果埋线组治愈率78.8%,显效率10.0%,有效率7.5%,无效3.7%,总有效率96.3%;复位组治愈率57.5%,显效率21.3%,有效率16.2%,无效5.0%,总有效率95.0%;2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。埋线组治愈率明显高于复位组,埋线组显效率和有效率均明显低于复位组,2组治愈率、显效率、有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale/scor,VAS)评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后2组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)评分明显高于治疗前,腰椎功能明显改善(P<0.01)。结论2种疗法总有效率相当,但埋线组治愈率明显高于复位组,埋线组显效率、有效率均明显低于复位组。2种疗法均能明显提高治疗的有效率,明显改善腰椎功能状态,值得在临床中应用推广。Objective To compare clinical efficacy of the catgut embedding therapy at acupoints and the 3-dimensional spinal reduction therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated respectively with the catgut embedding therapy at acupoints(designated as the catgut embedding group)and the 3-dimensional spinal reduction therapy(designated as the reduction group).Therapeutic efficacy of different treatment methods was evaluated thereafter.Results Results showed that the cure rate of the catgut embedding therapy group was 78.8%,with the marked effective rate of 10.0%,effective rate of 7.5%,ineffective rate of 3.7%and total effective rate of 96.3%respectively,while the cure rate of the reduction therapy group was 57.5%,with the marked effective rate of 21.3%,effective rate of 16.2%,ineffective rate of 5.0%,and total effective rate of 95.0%.There was no statistical significance in total effective rate,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The cure rate in the catgut embedding therapy group was significantly higher than that in the reduction therapy group(P<0.05),and the marked effective rate and effective rate in the embedding therapy group were significantly lower than those in the reduction therapy group(P<0.05).Statistical significance could be noted in the cure rate,marked effective rate and effective rate,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in both groups significantly decreased,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores in both groups significantly increased as compared with those before treatment,and the lumbar vertebral function also significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The total effective rate of the 2 therapies was similar,but the cure rate of the catgut embedding therapy group was significantly higher than that of the reduction therapy group,and the marked effective rate and effective rat
