摘 要:研究了硅溶胶/阳离子淀粉微粒助留系统在PCC加填纸中对填料的留着作用,并与纸厂常规二元助留剂的使用效果进行比较。结果表明:与常规使用的二元助留剂相比,硅溶胶/阳离子淀粉微粒助留系统对PCC的留着效果更好,且成纸的耐破强度更高。此外,初步研究了利用瓜尔胶提高硅溶胶/阳离子淀粉助留系统在PCC高加填量下的助留效果。结果表明:硅溶胶/阳离子淀粉/瓜尔胶二元微粒助留系统在P C C加填量达35%时仍有优异的留着表现,在高加填纸中有很好的应用前景。The effect of silica sols/cationic starch particle retention aid system on retention of PCC filler was studied and compared with that of conventional dual polymer retention aid system in paper mill.The results showed that the silica sols/cationic starch particle retention aid system has a better retention effect on PCC and a higher breaking strength of paper compared with the dual polymer retention aid system.In addition,the retention efficiency of silica sols/cationic starch retention system under high PCC loading was studied.The results showed that the silica sols/cationic starch/guar gum dual particle retention aid system has excellent retention performance when PCC loading is up to 35%,which has a good application prospect in high filler paper.
