离型原纸抗渗透性能的影响因素

摘　　要：介绍成纸匀度对离型原纸抗渗透性能的影响因素。通过显微镜分析和实验室打浆抄片实验,确定提高打浆度,改善成纸匀度,是解决离型原纸渗透问题的有效措施,并在生产上进行验证。结果表明:提高针叶浆打浆度的同时,降低阔叶浆打浆度,不但能有效提高匀度,解决渗透问题,还能降低针叶浆配比,节约生产成本。This paper mainly introduces the inf luence of the formation of base paper for release paper on the permeability resistance of paper.By means of microscope analysis and laboratory pulping chip copying test,it is determined that improving the beating degree and the formation of paper is the effective measures to solve the penetration problem of release base paper,which has been verified in production.The results show that increasing the beating degree of softwood pulp and decreasing the beating degree of hardwood pulp,can not only improve the formation and solve the permeation problem,but also reduce the mixing ratio of softwood pulp and save the cost.
