摘  要:对杨木化机浆的工艺、制作过程以及加药规律等内容进行研究。结果表明:高浓度磨浆工艺可以有效提高纸浆质量,提高纸浆撕裂度,强化纸浆滤水性能。磨浆过程中优化磨浆工艺能够有效改善纸浆质量,减少磨浆能耗。In this paper,the technology,production process and chemicals addition law for poplar pulping were studied.The results show that the high concentration refining process can effectively improve the quality of pulp,improve the tearing strength of pulp,and enhance the drainage performance of pulp.In the process of refining,optimizing the pulping process can effectively improve the quality of pulp and reduce refining energy consumption.
