填料包裹剂在造纸生产中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了填料包裹剂在文化纸生产中的应用情况,结果表明:填料包裹剂能有效改善纸机系统滤水性能,在保证白水浓度不增加的条件下,助剂PAM的用量降低100~130mg/l左右、微聚物的用量降低130~170mg/l左右;填料包裹剂对纸张的内结合强度和抗张指数有一定的提升作用;在保持纸张强度指标满足生产要求的前提下可提高1%~2%的成纸灰分。It was introduced the effects of the application of filler coating agent in the production of fine paper.The results show that keeping the concentration of white water,the amount of PAM is reduced by about 100~130mg/l,and the amount of micro polymer is reduced by about 130~170mg/l.The filler coating agent have good effects on paper internal binding and tensile index.When increasing 1%~2%ash content,the paper strength index can also meet the requirement.
