摘　　要：为进一步降低土壤源热泵系统的能耗,通过设表实测调查法对某研发大厦土壤源热泵系统两年的运行情况进行调查.通过统计该系统能耗情况,对室外温度、机组开启数量、耗电量和系统设备情况进行分析,得出该系统能耗较大的主要原因是自控效果差,机组启停策略不合理.针对以上原因,提出给系统水泵和风机加装变频器、对供回水管道和房间内的监测器进行完善等改造方案,并设计了一种通过房间温度和供水温度的实时数据控制机组开启数量的运行策略.In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the ground-coupled heat pump system,this research team make an investigation into a two-year-operation of the ground-coupled heat pump system in a Research and Development Building with direct measuring method.The energy consumption of the system is statistically counted,the outdoor temperature,the start-stop frequency of the unit,power consumption and the system equipment conditions are all analyzed.Poor automatic control system and the unreasonable start-stop strategy of the unit lead to high consumption in the system.In view of the above reasons,this paper proposes to install frequency converter in water pump and cooling fan,improve the monitor used for back water pipeline and the room.Also an operation strategy to control the start-stop frequency of the unit through the real-time data from room temperature and water supply temperature are provided.
