愈风宁心滴丸治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察愈风宁心滴丸治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将83例心血瘀阻型心绞痛病人随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(41例)。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用愈风宁心滴丸治疗。治疗4个月后,比较两组临床疗效和心电图疗效,并观察两组治疗前后心绞痛发作频率和持续时间变化。结果研究过程中两组均无脱落病例。治疗组临床总有效率为85.7%,高于对照组的65.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组心电图总有效率为85.7%,高于对照组的56.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组每日心绞痛发作次数、持续时间较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较,观察组每日心绞痛发作次数减少、持续时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论愈风宁心滴丸联合西药治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛较单独西医治疗具有较好的疗效,且病人心绞痛发作频率和持续时间均明显改善。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yufeng Ningxin Dropping Pills in the treatment of angina with heart blood stasis.Methods Eighty-three patients with angina were randomly divided into treatment group(n=42)and control group(n=41).The control group was treated with routine therapy of western medicine for 4 months and the treatment group was treated with Yufeng Ningxin Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group for 4 months.The clinical efficacy,electrocardiogram efficacy,frequency and duration of angina were compared between two groups.Results During the study,there were no shedding cases in both groups.After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(85.7%vs 65.8%,P<0.01).The efficacy of electrocardiogram in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(85.7%vs 56.1%,P<0.01).After treatment,the daily frequency,duration and pain degree of angina in both groups were reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),those in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yufeng Ningxin Dropping Pills combined with western medicine was more effective in the treatment of angina with heart blood stasis than that of western medicine alone,and the frequency and duration of angina were significantly improved.
