摘 要:从纵向联盟的视角开展港航双方船期计划的协调优化研究。基于联盟博弈理论,分别以航运公司和港口企业各自的收益最大作为目标,建立了船舶到、离港时刻协调问题的优化模型。然后,采用考虑量子行为的NSGA-Ⅱ算法构建了模型的求解方法,用于求解满足港航企业双方收益需求的Pareto解集及其对应的船期安排方案。最后,通过算例求解得到较好结果,证明了所建模型和算法的实用性和合理性。In this paper, from the perspective of vertical alliance, we studied the coordination and optimization of the shipping schedules of the port and shipping enterprises. Based on alliance game theory, we established the optimal coordination model of ship arrival and departure time with the goal of maximizing the respective revenue of the shipping and the port enterprises. Then, we used the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm considering quantum behavior to construct the solution method of the model, which is used to obtain the Pareto solution set and the corresponding shipping schedules capable of meeting the revenue requirement of both the port and shipping enterprises. Finally, through a numerical example, we proved the practicability and rationality of the model and algorithm proposed.
