摘 要:在两岸集装箱货运市场发展的背景下,为了解决珠三角/台湾直航班轮航线系统配船问题,考虑需求不确定的情况,对不同船型在不同航线上每季度完成往返航次数进行决策,以航线系统总成本最小化和舱位利用率最大化为目标,建立直航班轮航线系统配船鲁棒优化模型。然后就实际数据对珠三角/台湾直航班轮航线系统配船的方案进行分析,根据结果就珠三角/台湾直航班轮航线系统配船提供决策依据,最后从企业角度和政府角度提出珠三角与台湾双边航运协同发展建议。In the context of the development of the cross-strait container freight market in China,in order to solve the problem of ship allocation in the Pearl River Delta/Taiwan direct flight route system,considering the uncertainty of demand,we set out to determine the number of round trips of different types of ship on different routes every quarter,and for the purpose of minimizing the total cost of the route system and maximizing the utilization of space,established a robust optimization model for the direct flight route system.Then,based on the actual data,we analyzed the plan for the allocation of the Pearl River Delta/Taiwan direct flight route system,the result yielded from which could provide basis for the decision-making for the allocation of the Pearl River Delta/Taiwan direct flight route system.Finally,we put forward some suggestions for the collaborative development of the two-way shipping system between the Pearl River Delta and Taiwan from the perspective of enterprise and government.
