摘 要:为评价玄武岩纤维掺量、长径比和模量等因素对其增强沥青混合料弯拉性能的敏感性,通过MATLAB程序中rand函数和AutoCAD宏命令,实现了玄武岩纤维的空间随机分布。运用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了玄武岩纤维在沥青混合料内随机分布的三点弯曲小梁试件模型。选取3个纤维掺量W(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%),3个纤维长径比L_d(23,35,47)和3个纤维模量E(8×10~4,9×10~4,1×10~5 MPa),通过3因素3水平的正交试验,计算了在0.7 MPa轮压荷载作用下小梁试件的层底最大弯拉应力。运用极差分析法和方差分析法,分析了玄武岩纤维掺量、纤维长径比和纤维模量对沥青混合料弯拉性能影响的敏感性,并对玄武岩纤维参数进行了单因素分析。结果表明:极差分析和方差分析的显著性一致,即构造参数的敏感性大小排序为W>L_d>E,说明玄武岩纤维掺量对沥青混合料弯拉性能的影响最大,其次是纤维长径比,纤维模量对沥青混合料弯拉性能影响可忽略;纤维掺量越大,沥青混合料受到的最大弯拉应力越小,沥青混合料弯拉性能越好;纤维长径比越大,沥青混合料受到的最大弯拉应力越小;纤维的加筋效果越好,沥青混合料弯拉性能越好;随着纤维模量的增加,沥青混合料弯拉性能几乎不变。To evaluate the sensitivity of basalt fiber content,length-diameter ratio and modulus,etc.to the enhancement of the flexural-tensile performance of asphalt mixture,the spatial random distribution of basalt fiber is realized by the rand function in the MATLAB program and AutoCAD macro command.Using ABAQUS FE software,a 3-point bending beam specimen model with basalt fiber randomly distributed in the asphalt mixture is established.Choosing the fiber parameters such as content(W)of 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,length-diameter ratio(L_d)of 23,35,47,and modulus(E)of 8×10~4,9×10~4,1×10~5 MPa,by 3-factor 3-level orthogonal experiment,the maximum flexural-tensile stresses at the bottom of the beam specimen under the wheel load of 0.7 MPa are calculated.The sensitivity of the influence of the abovementioned basalt fiber parameters on the flexural-tensile properties of the asphalt mixture is analyzed by using range analysis and variance analysis methods.The result shows that(1)the significance of variance analysis is consistent with that of range analysis,i.e.,the order of the sensitivity of the structural parameters is W>L_d>E,indicating that the basalt fiber content has the greatest influence on the flexural-tensile properties of the asphalt mixture,followed by the length-diameter ratio,and the influence of fiber modulus on the flexural-tensile performance of the asphalt mixture is negligible;(2)the larger the fiber content,the smaller the maximum flexural-tensile stress and the better the flexural-tensile performance of the asphalt mixture;(3)the larger the fiber length-diameter ratio,the smaller the maximum flexural-tensile stress of the asphalt mixture;(4)the better the fiber reinforcement effect,the better the flexural-tensile performance of the asphalt mixture;(5)with the increase of fiber modulus,the flexural-tensile performance asphalt mixture is almost unchanged.
