摘  要:采用数值模拟与现场测试相结合的方法,对钢桥面铺装脱层开裂病害的评价方法与影响程度开展研究。建立环氧沥青铺装体系的三维有限元模型,在下层环氧沥青与钢板间设置两处面积不一的病害区,以研究弹性波场在脱层开裂病害下的响应特性。采用冲击响应强度I为指标,对病害进行数值化描述。结果表明:波场在病害边界处发生了强烈的反射、折射和转换,波形振幅较大、持时较长,病害对响应能量具有较强的放大效应,且病害面积越大,指标对其分布形态和位置的描述越精确。将指标I分为密实和脱层开裂两个等级,当0<I<2.4时,判定为密实;当I>2.4时,判定为脱层开裂。同时,开展了黄埔大桥钢桥面的现场测试,并结合病害的分布形态、尺寸,将病害的影响程度分为轻度、中度和重度3级。当病害为单点状、宽度<10 cm,且2.4<I<2.8时,影响程度定为轻度;当病害为局部块状、宽度>10 cm,且I>2.8时,影响程度定为中度;当病害为连续块状、宽度>10 cm,且I>2.8时,影响程度定为重度。研究结果论证了检测方法和评价指标I的适用性,并初步建立了脱层开裂病害影响程度的分级评价指标,为病害检测与评价提供了参考。Combining numerical simulation with field test,the evaluation method and the influence degree of delamination cracking in steel deck pavement are researched.Through establishing the 3 D finite element model of epoxy asphalt pavement,2 diseased areas with different areas are set up between the lower epoxy asphalt and the steel deck to study the response characteristics of the elastic wave field in delamination cracking.The disease is described numerically by using the indicator I,which is defined as impact response strength.The result shows that(1)The wave field appears a strong reflection,refraction and transformation in the boundaries of the disease.The waveform amplitude and the duration are longer,which means the disease has a strong amplification effect on response energy of the elastic wave.The larger the disease area,the more accurate the indicator description of the distribution pattern and location.(2)The indicator I is divided into 2 grades,which is dense and delaminating crack.When 0<I<2.4,it is judged as dense;when I>2.4,it is judged as delamination cracking.At the same time,a field test on the steel deck of the Huangpu Bridge is carried out,and the influence of the disease is divided into 3 levels(mild,moderate and severe)combining with the distribution pattern and size of the disease.When the disease shows as single point,the width less than 10 cm,and 2.4<I<2.8,the influence degree is mild.When the disease shows as local block,the width larger than 10 cm,and I>2.8,the influence degree is moderate.When the disease is distributed continuously,the width larger than 10 cm,and I>2.8,the influence degree is severe.The result demonstrated the applicability of the detection method and the evaluation indicator I,and initially established a graded evaluation indicator for the influence of the delamination cracking disease,which provides a reference for disease detection and evaluation.
