治疗原发性乳头内陷合并非哺乳期乳腺炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析临床治疗原发性乳头内陷合并非哺乳期乳腺炎的诊断及治疗。方法方便选择该院2018年1月-2019年1月门诊收治的80例原发性乳头内陷合并非哺乳期乳腺炎患者为合并组,80例仅非哺乳期乳腺炎患者为未合并组,均实施手术治疗+心理治疗,对比各项指标。结果合并组患者经检查,50例低回声实性包块,30例乳房囊性包块;22例肿块处于乳房乳晕位置,且边界不清晰,58例肿块处于乳晕外周组织位置;合并双侧乳腺炎性肿块6例,合并红肿18例,合并痿管26例,单侧乳头内陷合并单侧炎性肿块10例,未发现钙化病灶患者;未合并组治愈率为97.5%,合并组治愈率为90.0%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=3.840,P=0.050);未合并组1年内复发为1.25%,合并组1年内复发率为10.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.238,P=0.040)。结论就该病通过手术治疗,配备相应的矫正方式,能够保障术后效果,提升临床疗效与患者满意度,应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of clinical treatment of primary inverted nipple combined with non-lactating mastitis.Methods Conveniently selected 80 patients with primary inverted nipple and non-lactating mastitis who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the combined group,and 80 patients with only non-lactating mastitis as the combined group.All patients were treated with surgical treatment+psychotherapy,and various indicators were compared.Results In the combined group,50 cases were hypoechoic solid masses,30 cases were breast cystic masses;22 cases were in the breast areola with unclear borders,58 cases were in the areola peripheral tissues;combined with bilateral mastitis 6 cases of sexual masses,18 cases of swelling and swelling,26 cases of fistulas,10 cases of unilateral inverted nipple with unilateral inflammatory mass,no calcified lesions were found;the cure rate of the uncombined group was 97.5%,and the cure rate of the combined group was 90.0%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=3.840,P=0.050);the recurrence rate within 1 year of the uncombined group was 1.25%,and the recurrence rate within 1 year of the combined group was 10.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.238,P=0.040).Conclusion Surgical treatment of the disease,equipped with corresponding correction methods,can guarantee the postoperative effect,improve the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction,and the application effect is significant.
